Green Hills Software (www.ghs.com) added support for this RFC to their INTEGRITY RTOS recently.

A colleague of mine did a test a couple of months ago, and, it appears that all recent OS (Win Vista, Win 7, Mac OS/X Snow Leopard & later, ...) are indeed enforcing this RFC.
