Please elaborate. All traffic using GSM/3GPP/LTE networks is tunneled over
GTP, it's just the way it's designed.

Getting IPv6 to work on LTE is fairly easy, it's the legacy components in 
the 2G/3G 3GPP networks that is a bit harder to get all working together 
properly.
