[ipv6hackers] ipv6toolkit: Fixed next-hop determination (please help!)

Folks,

The current version of the toolkit is meant to address remaining
problems with next-hop determination, and breakage when building under
Mac OS.

Please, if you had found problems with the toolkit before (e.g., running
scan6 and getting a "Error obtaining local router" or the like), or
found any problems building it under your favorite OS, give the current
version a try, and let me know (off-list).

You can update your tree with:
git pull

or download the automatically-generated tarball from:
<https://github.com/fgont/ipv6toolkit/archive/ipv6toolkit-v1.5.tar.gz>
