I'm trying to put some more useful information on www.ipv6hackers.org.

I've added a section about tools. So far I've only added IPv6 toolkit
and TCP-IPv6.

If you have more tools to add, ideas, or whatever, feel free to dropme a
note at <fgont at si6networks.com>.

(the goal is to have a single place to look for IPv6 tools).
