Long time no hear :-)

Some quick news: OpenBSD has added support for RFC7217
(https://twitter.com/phessler/status/962542712128860160).
Work seems to have been done by  Florian Obser <florian at openbsd.org> et all.

It would seem that, at the time of this writing, all major BSD and Linux
distributions, plus Mac OS ship with RFC7217 support. Not sure what's
the state regarding Windows.
