This matches the figures *currently* observed at major exchange points
in europe (AMSIX, DECIX) and inside major v6-heavy networks (he.net).

While roughly half the participants at these exchange points are
v6-enabled today, only about 0.1% of the packets on the exchange are
"ether type ipv6".

So, for a presentation given right now, the "less than 1%" figure is
fully accurate.
