 have a look at the THC-IPv6 toolkit from Marc: 
 https://www.thc.org/thc-ipv6/
 There are two programs called "covert_send6" and "covert_send6d" which 
 send files through a destination header. Very cool.

 Furthermore, if you want to test such covert channels yourself, use 
 Scapy to build some "normal looking" packets but add some malicious 
 contents, such as the PadN field in the Extensions Header. I did a POC 
 of such a covert channel in my master thesis in chapter 3.2.1 "Extension 
 Headers". Maybe this is interesting for you.
