SInce the first 3G network allowed 6to4 to be established to Microsoft Ce
5.5 phones, in 2007, you have had the ability to reach out and touch mobile
phones via IPv6.  At that time, most carriers had a stageful firewall which
blocks inbound initiated traffic within a carrier. This does not seem to be
true with IPv6.
